I went to the symphony on Saturday and I had the best time. It was the first concert of this season for the Utah Symphony. I had not been to the symphony for a while. I went to a great Italian
restaurant,
Biaggis, before the concert. It was very delicious and had a very nice
ambiance. The actual symphony was very moving. Their was a piano virtuoso who played Beethoven's no. 4 piano minuet for the first part. The pianist was lightning fast on the piano keys. The second part was Beethoven's no. 9/Ode to Joy and was incredibly uplifting. The performance had a choir and soloists that did an outstanding job. It is nice having a cultural mecca,
SLC, so close that I can see such a variety of shows.

The whatever it is sculpture in the lobby of the symphony hall.

My camera was being difficult for me, so the pictures were not in focus a lot of the time. I probably think it was the person who was taking the shot who had a problem, me. My friend who I was with took much better pictures than I did. Thank You! You can tell I took this picture. I will be getting a Canon
Xsi in the future and hopefully I will take better pictures because it will have image stabilization on the lens. Thank
heavens, I am not a surgeon.
